How to apply online for national portal solar subsidy –
- Customer needs to download Sandes App and register for OTP

- Customer registers on National Portal for Rooftop Solar and submits application for feasibility
- Customer reviews data and issues Purchase Order
- RIRVANA ENERGY will share a detailed project report for client approval
- Customer will receive feasibility approval from DISCOM via email. Intimate the same to RIRVANA ENERGY and sign the EPC contract
- RIRVANA ENERGY takes up installation as per the project plan
- Once installation is completed, the customer submits the details in the portal and applies for net meter
- After installation of net meter, the DISCOM will inspect and generate a commissioning certificate on the national subsidy portal
- Customer needs to submit bank account details through the portal. Subsidy amount will be directly credited to the customer.

Rirvana Energy Payment terms –
INR 10,000 as Token Advance along with PO
95% prior to dispatch of material, on intimation that materials ready to dispatch. Material will be supplied on site within 10 working days of payment receipt.
5% Against installation

Terms and Conditions
Key points
- Price is valid for 10 days
- Regular sloping roof mounting structure with 300 mm module clearance is included in the prices. AC cable length of 25 m is included in the price.
- A detailed site survey needs to be done before finalizing DPR.
- In case the system installation requires components or quantities beyond what is included in the proposal, the prices may change. The customer will be informed in advance of the same
- Project execution timeline will begin after DPR approval or advance receipt or feasibility approval, whichever is later
- Final commissioning of the project depends on supply of net meter by the local DISCOM Customer is expected to clean the panels weekly to ensure optimum power generation.
- Any delay in payments can cause delay in the project timelines and prices are subject to change at Rirvana Energy’s discretion
Exclusion(s)
- Load extension, Name Change etc., for existing power meter is under customer scope. Additional cost due to super structure is not included in the total cost.
- Additional cost due to cable length greater than 25m is not included in the total cost.
